Strength and Conditioning Hockey Camp 2012

What makes this camp different?

This camp is unique because it offers an in depth focus on both physical and mental training – two essentials elements to be an elite athlete. It also provides an intense conditioning program specifically designed for the elite athlete.

The camp is given by a kinesiologist with a competitive sports background of over 30 years. Jasson has an expertise in every program he offers – nutrition, on and off ice conditioning and mental coaching.

All programs and trainings are developed and delivered by Jasson who has put hundreds of hours into creating a training system that young athletes can benefit from to become high performance elite hockey players.

A training camp specially designed for the serious hockey player wanting to improve on ice skills and technique, mental toughness and their overall fitness level.

On Ice Objective

To create a strong skating base enabling the athlete to generate more power, improve the over muscle balance, improve their posture, decrease recovery time, reduce injuries.
