This is most innovative and complete athlete development program which focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of training and performance. My training is for those athletes who wish to become the best they never thought they could be.

Posture - Stability - Balance- Power- Flexibility- Speed

Young athletes lack proper posture, stability, balance muscular strength and have little to no body control that stems from a weak core foundation and poor training techniques. All this limits their ability to generate power and speed and hinders their overall development.

My physical training and mental coaching are designed to correct these issues to allow the athlete to confidently compete and perform at high levels and continue to excel both on and off the ice.
